sweet dreams..

we are safe, sound, and exhausted - i am off for a shower - and am ready to sleep in my own wonderful bed.. more pictures to come - after i sleep in tomorrow..

so hot, hot, hot

today we went on a cruise - started with some scuba/snorkeling - then headed to a beach - then had an open bar on the way home.. we had a good time - but we were a little over being on a boat by the end of the day.. today was very warm - and we were all glad to come back to the condo and shower off our 17+ layers of sun screen.. –

Acrophobia

it is now mid week - and we are having too much fun.. last night we 'crashed' a karaoke night at our resort.. ben even got up and sang me a song or two - we had everyone up in the place dancing -we made lots o' new friends- it was a great time..




today - we spent the whole day in the 'jungle' - on a zip line tour.. this tour boasted to be on the actual set of the classic film 'the predator'.. we had an amazing time - zipping through the jungle at 60 miles per hour

after that we toured a tequila farm - learning all about the fine art of making tequila - and then sampled many different kinds..

we are on day three - and we are having a fabulous time.. we have been enjoying the beach, the pool, the sun, and the town.. - today we ventured out into a small town - and worked on the fine art of negotiation.. we then had some wonderful lunch - with some awesome salsa that set my mouth on fire.. i am now off for a shower, and perhaps some more wine..

Graduation: The Pinning Ceremony

Today was the Pinning Ceremony. Tomorrow is the full blown graduation. Here is Chara by the school of nursing building.

Tomorrow is the big ole day of fun with the graduation and party and such... Tomorrow will be the longest day ever, but hopefully a lot of fun. Then we are off to Mexico on Saturday. We can't wait.

the happiest day on earth

so yesterday was my last final ever - and afterwards me and the ladies headed up to disneyland to celebrate.. we spent two days having the most fun ever.. i am tired, and exhausted, and ready to sleep..

Whats up with this weather? Its rainy out and i'm freezing. I can't wait to be next to the pool in Mexico with the sun on me. Almost there. Chara had her last lecture today. She only has 2 days of school left and then its party time. Wahoo!

today spin class went an extra half hour -
that's right - an hour and a half of spin.. that's something like 600 calories burned before lunch.. and now i'm ready for a nap..
