diet food

Here is the first dinner of our diet. Lots of protein. I'm an amazing cook. You know you want some.

And i finally weighed myself. I'm rocking a solid 153. Not as bad as i thought, but still room for some loss.

you'd think so, but actually not so much. Or at all even. The diet actually does well for my body. I have more energy and my stomach does really well with the food. the only thing i miss is the texture of carbs. bread, chips, cereal etc. I like the crunch. a lot.
